The IMG Roadmap®️, led by Dr. Lum, is looking for a vibrant, patient, and knowledgeable physician to join our coaching team and guide aspiring residency applicants within our IMG Roadmap®️ private community.
What You’ll Do:
💻 100% Remote: Work from anywhere with a laptop, internet, and headphones.
📋 Independent Contractor: Enjoy flexibility and autonomy, compensated at a rate of $65/hr.
🤝 Guide, Motivate, and Inspire: Coach IMGs as they navigate their residency journey.
🎙️ Engage and Connect: Co-host the IMG Roadmap®️ podcast, lead interactive webinars and facilitate discussions on key topics in our online community.
📚 Teach the Curriculum: Support Dr. Lum in delivering our structured, proven residency success blueprint to aspiring residency applicants.
🗓️ Commit to Impact: Check in with our community, respond to questions, and lead discussions four times a week.
Your Background:
🌍 International Medical Graduate: Whether you’re a U.S. IMG or a non-U.S. IMG, you’ve walked the path our students are on.
🩺 Current U.S.-based Resident, Fellow, or Practicing Physician: Candidates with partial residency training may also apply.
🌟 IMG Roadmap®️ Alumni Preferred: Alumni of our program have unique insights, but if you’re new to IMG Roadmap®️ and think you’re a fit, we’d love to hear from you!
💡 Tech-Ready: Bring your own laptop, internet, and headphones to facilitate a smooth, remote coaching experience.

Pay & Perks:
💸 Competitive Rate: Track your hours and submit for payment starting at $65/hour. You can work as little or as many hours as needed by the program, providing an average of 10-20 hrs per month.
🗓️ January to June 2025: A flexible yet impactful role with a 6-month contract.
Day-to-Day:
Monitor and engage with our IMG Roadmap®️ community.
Guide and respond to questions every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
Lead discussions and foster community interaction.
Deliver curriculum during our 6-week intensive coaching period.
Collaborate with Dr. Lum on podcast episodes and live sessions.
Host engaging webinar sessions, following a structured format.
