About the IMG Roadmap Membership
The IMG Roadmap Membership is a coaching community for international medical graduates who want steady, expert guidance through every stage of the residency journey — not a frantic six-week sprint, but consistent support all the way to Match. For the July–December 2026 season, you'll have a coach and a community in your corner the entire way.
Instead of piecing things together on your own and hoping you got it right, you get coaching in real time, as questions actually come up: how to handle clinical rotations, sharpen your personal statement, build your networking and program-selection strategy, and prepare for interviews — right when you need it, not at the eleventh hour.
When you join, you'll get:
- Live group coaching every other Wednesday at 5:00 PM EST, following the IMG Roadmap calendar so you're always working on the right thing at the right time.
- Full access to the IMG Roadmap course — your on-demand video library of trainings, live replays, and notes to revisit whenever you need them.
- Ask Dr. Lum, your personal guide to the course — ask a question and get pointed straight to the exact lesson or resource you need, without the overwhelm.
- A supportive community of fellow IMGs, guest speakers, and matched alumni who've walked this path and show up to share what actually worked.
- Ongoing, over-delivered support from a coach who is genuinely invested in seeing you succeed.
