Last year when the requests for “mentorship” became overwhelming for me, I had to create a method.
I chose to launch an online school (of hard knocks) .

A safe place where I could be real and vulnerable with IMGs and students at foreign medical schools.
A place where we could talk in private, outside Instagram, so there was no shame in our game.
A place where IMGs could learn the things NO ONE is teaching in any medical school right now.
